Virtual gentle yoga class offered on Zoom weekly on Tuesdays at 5pm. Gentle yoga practice incorporating simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, focus on alignment, & build strength, balance, & flexibility. Participation will require signed "Yoga Release & Waiver of Liability" located in "Forms" section of website; submit form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Limited to 10 participants.
