Save 10% booking your Health & Well-being Coaching Package! Pay as you go package is $570. Package deal is $513! Package includes recommended minimum 12-week health coaching program: Initial Session, Goal Setting Session, 9 Follow-up Sessions, & Closing Session. Total of 7 hours. After Discovery Session, this series will begin with the 1 hour Initial Session. Session times will vary, plan on 50min to 1 hour for the Initial Session.
