Service Description

Community gentle yoga classes offered in the park at Umstead State Park on the playfield lawn between the Crabtree picnic area & Pott's Branch. Park in the paved Sycamore Trail parking lot & look for the sign to point the way to the playfield lawn! Donation based yoga with option to donate online. Limited to 20 participants. Enjoy nature while practicing yoga outdoors. All fitness levels welcome! Bring your own mat, sunscreen, water bottles, or anything else you need to enjoy your practice! I bring a tarp, towel, or sheet to place under my mat! Donation based yoga. Participation will require signed Release and Waiver of Liability for all participants. Forms are available to be completed online or onsite.
