Service Description

Complimentary consult to learn more about integrative health coaching & services offered to help you reach your health & wellness goals. This session is an opportunity for you to get to know me, understand how the coaching program works, & explore if health coaching is a good fit to help you achieve the outcomes you are seeking. Coaching Intake Questionnaire must be completed 24 hours prior to Discovery Session. This fill & sign form will be sent to you after booking your appointment or by request when you “Contact Us”. Session times will vary, plan on 25-35min for this session.
