My name is Lee Lamb, I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Registered Yoga Teacher with 600 hours of training, National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer, & Duke Integrative Medicine - Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach. I offer a variety of services to assist you in optimizing your health & living your best life! 


Wellness is more than being free from illness: it is a process of change and growth towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle. Health & wellbeing coaching, nutrition counseling, & practicing yoga can provide a strong foundation for attaining “24 carrot wellbeing”! 

As a Dietitian, I offer nutrition counseling services to support my clients in working towards eating a healthier & more balanced diet; my specialties include working with a wide range of nutritional concerns including eating disorders, disordered eating patterns, diabetes, hypertension, elevated cholesterol (dyslipidemia), weight management, gastrointestinal disorders, & renal nutrition. 

As a Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach, I aim to create a life balance that prioritizes your wellbeing and celebrates all aspects of your true self. I help clients find their optimal wellness through developing a deeper understanding of their habits and lifestyle choices.


As a Yoga Instructor, I offer gentle yoga sessions that can also improve health & wellbeing in a number of ways by reducing stress, gaining strength, improving balance & flexibility, to name a few.

My National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer background additionally assists me in supporting my clients to realize their health & wellbeing goals via the training & experience I've gained in creating personalized, safe. & effective exercise programs to assist clients in achieving & maintaining a healthy lifestyle. 

In my free time, I enjoy engaging with nature & doing all things outdoors. Always seeking adventure, I am passionate about hiking, trail running, cycling, mountain biking, SUP (stand up paddle boarding), kayaking, fishing, rock climbing, backpacking, camping, traveling, gardening, cooking, food & wine paring, party planning, & picnicking with friends at outdoor symphonies in the Summertime!
